3. Rental Equipment Usage
All rented scaffolding and equipment must be used only for lawful construction and maintenance purposes. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, usage, and compliance with safety regulations at the site.
4. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the date of return or pickup. Any delay in returning equipment may result in additional rental charges as applicable.
5. Pricing and Payments
Rental prices are communicated at the time of booking. Payments must be made as agreed, either in advance or as per the invoicing terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before equipment delivery. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned in acceptable condition, subject to inspection.
7. Damage and Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
8. Safety and Compliance
Rent On Spot is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use or installation of scaffolding. Customers must ensure trained personnel and safety measures are in place.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be informed in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of order processing and delivery schedules.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rent On Spot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the rented equipment.
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
