Material Fitter

RentOnSpot delivers high-quality rental materials backed by reliable service and professional on-site support. Fitters play a key role in ensuring our customers receive properly installed and safely handled materials.

We are hiring Material Fitters who are hardworking, responsible, and willing to work on-site at various project locations.

What You’ll Do

• Install, assemble, and dismantle rental materials as per instructions
• Work closely with site supervisors, drivers, and helpers
• Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and stability
• Check materials for quality before and after use
• Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging materials at the site
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Complete tasks on time as per client requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years experience as a fitter, helper, or field worker
• Knowledge of material fitting, tools, and installation basics
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required
• Strong discipline and willingness to learn
• Understanding of work-site safety and PPE usage

Skills & Qualifications

• No formal education required — skill and experience preferred
• Must be hardworking, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment
• Good communication with team members
• Must be comfortable working at various project locations

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle rental materials safely
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete work on time
• Ensure quality checks during installation and removal

• Maintain tools and report any damaged items
